We have had our solar panels and whole house battery backup system for about a month now. This is one of the best decisions we have made. Our system has kept us completely off grid for the last four days straight. I have only turned the grid back on to sell back the excess energy my system is producing. After Strawberry deals with all the mind-numbing paperwork with the power company, two teams come to the home. Everything is explained step by step. Frank and his team installed the panels in two days. Brad and his team did the electrical work in three days. We then had to wait agonizingly while the power company finally signed off on the system and expert workmanship. Seeing other system photos online, I expected conduit all over the place, but what was installed was very neat and well organized.

I had Strawberry Solar install a 12 kW system this summer. I could not be more pleased and satisfied with how it has gone so far. The output is right about where it was promised it would be. The app/software that monitors the system is easy to use. The salesman did not push hard and let his product do the selling. We actually installed a slightly less expensive panel because it didn’t make sense for my situation. It was his idea. The installers were great and professional. No concerns at all.
I could not be more happy with my investment with Strawberry Solar. They offered me the best pricing of the 3 firms that I had quotes from and they performed the installation almost flawlessly. The array installation crew worked until almost dark to complete the panel installation on the same day and the electricians, who received praise for their work form the electrical inspector, were very professional and easy to work with during the install.
